Kids Karate is aimed at beginner students, aged 5-12 years.
Students learn effective self defense skills, including awareness, deescalation, and basic physical responses. All while developing coordination, focus, and discipline.

Adults are taught practical self protection skills, all while improving their health and fitness. Emphasis is placed on understanding the history of Karate and how it affects our training today.
