Our instructors are qualified Karate black belts, as well as Fitness Instructors, and some even have experience and qualifications in Security Operations.

This means you can be sure you're getting the real-deal!

All instructors also undertake mandatory child safety training, hold current Working With Children checks, and are First Aid trained.
